Undoubtably true, I was just demonstrating that if they had just said the
summer would be an improvement (assuming you like warm dry weather) on the
preceding two years their sesaonal forecast would have been viewed as
correct at least in the SE of England.

I don't thing the press office will be allowed to make such statements
in future, if the Chief Executive has anything too do with it
