There is indeed, but it's currently 5C in Penzance, having dipped to
around 4C briefly during a particularly heavy burst of rain, so I
think you'll need to be east of Bodmin to get any (apart from some
sleety stuff). The snow & ice melted extremely quickly overnight.

Notice that Plymouth is reporting -RA SN, not sure if they really mean light
rain and moderate snow or light rain and snow
