Really pepped up since I wrote that. Still tiny flakes, almost impossible
to see without a handy light source, but falling at quite a rate. I'd
estimate 2-3cm of new cover from this so far. Looking at the radar, the
band looks as though it's losing its intensity, but I've done pretty well
out of it already tonight. Temp dead on zero, but briefly fell to -0.1°C
just before 03.00 to give an air frost too.
