Looking at all of the main models and ensembles I don't see the Siberian
High, as such, having much direct effect on our weather in the next 5-10
days. In other words - no bitter easterlies yet, which have frequently been
mooted this winter. There does however seem to be a trend to colder weather
and and HP systems about but centred nearer to the UK at this stage. I just
hope we don't get more gloom.
