I think they have "suffered" milder winters, like us, in the last decade.
Whether their media is predicting a severe winter, I don't know! What I do
know is that Prague is a great place. I have visited at Easter and it was
quite busy. I'm sure all of the cultural stuff will be open and the pubs
always are!
