.... you're both right ... it's just that the figure originally quoted
(Katesbridge) was for the *previous* night (to the date of posting),
and the Hampshire figures will turn up when you update that page later
on this evening. The legend immediately above the box displaying the
data tells all :-)

Incidentally, like many pages on that site, remember to 'refresh' the
page to actively ensure you are viewing the most recent data.
