Intrigued as to what's causing this: In Southampton just to the west
of you the conditions for the last half hour have ben clear with a few
stratocumulus to the east - I guess it must be these.

As mentioned in a previous thread, snow on the ground here in Godalming
this morning.

What is interesting is seeing the Hogs Back green a few miles N and also
the field on top of a hill about a mile E: the trees on NW side of
Godalming show no snow.

So the boundary of the overnight snow, or residue unthawed in the
shade? Latter more likely.
