Absolute min -5.2C (5th)
14 air frosts

Precipitation 97.8 mm

Not as cold as January 1987:

Mean max 4.9C, Mean min 0.2C, mean 2.5C
Absolute min -10.1C (13th)
12 air frosts, but with 3 mins at 0C, thermometer precision +/- 0.1C,
so it could be 15 air frosts.
