Here in Wishaw we have to turn the clock back 14 years to the 6th Feb, 1996.
Even during February 1986 we only managed it once. Though February 1985
managed it three days on the trot. It really is a rare feat here, much more
so than in December or January. I'm not sure the coming week or two will
