Blue sky here in Plympton, although did not feel warm, I was comfortable out
in garden hanging some clothes out on the line to dry as sunshine felt
pleasant.

I think that may be difference in this cold spell, if sunny it will feel
better than the last one due to strength of sun (at least in far south)
