A force 3 NNW wind drying us out after last night's rain. The speed at
which the pavements and patios are drying is quite notable. 6.4C in
Teignmouth, down the road. Less cloud than forecast on the SW news
last night; 4 oktas, mainly Cu and some good sunny spells.
Looks like a garden day!
Blue sky here in Plympton, although did not feel warm, I was comfortable
out in garden hanging some clothes out on the line to dry as sunshine felt
pleasant.
I think that may be difference in this cold spell, if sunny it will feel
better than the last one due to strength of sun (at least in far south)
Stan
Last one felt fine to me Stan, nice 'n COLD.
Hopefully it will either be just as snowy or more, watching the snow pile up
against the front door was fun!
I'm so looking forward to this final but prolonged cold spell.
Paul, super day here in Haytor too, plenty of blue sky and as you say, a
drying wind.
Temp at 1045 +5.2C, so around normal.
Make the most of it, and tomorrow :-)
