If anyone knows what the weather was like in London on 23 November
1660, it will be someone on this newsgroup.

I was going to suggest consulting Pepys' diary, but I see that the
author of the piece was ahead of me. It's possible that some other
contemporary diarist might have mentioned the weather on that day.
