Default lowland snow cancelled

It was snowing at 6 a.m. but has now stopped, with
accumulation of about one inch. The Traffic Scotland webcams
show the A96 clear of snow.


Dyce reports "light rain,snow" at 4am this morning but
otherwise it's just been a little driech.

The Meto warnings do sound fairly convinced that we are going
to get a fair fall this evening though. I wonder if Huntly will
get the brunt of it again.
