Quite heavy and has settled on all surfaces. Looks like it's very
localised as the radar doesn't really pick it out - from my vantage
point on the East Cliff, it looks like it's just a very narrow
stretch
along the coast, so possibly the cliffs are coming into play.
Shows up well on the AVbrief radar, exactly as you described it. It
seems to have hopped across the Isle of Wight as it stretches
Eastwards, Poole to Chichester Harbour. All to the South me in
Fareham
though. Coastal convergence?
.... must have been quite localised, as in West Moors, we've only had
light rain showers - though when I did a dash across to Canford Heath
(northern outskirts of Poole) the showers there were heavy, though
again, nothing 'solid' noted (all since 1530Z).
