I expect the sheriff to declare a state of emergency
I'm surprised that the warnings on the Met Office site are still
only on orange rather than red. Perhaps this will change later
this morning.
They were talking about 50cm snow, with drifiting, by the
time all this is over. I know this is The Highlands but that
must rank as extreme weather, even by their standards.

It has snowed all night
Local radio reporting many drivers stuck over night at Macduff and on
A96 at Huntly
What does it have to do for a red warning ??
