oh oh oh, I saw a few hardy or stupid men yesterday wearing just T
shirts.

The sun felt warm but the air was cold. The best part of the day was on
the bus to Bridgnorth, the sun felt hot through the window. I noticed
that the humidity was down to 40% during the day. The dew point well
below freezing.

What is the minimum humidity for the UK?
