oh oh oh, I saw a few hardy or stupid men yesterday wearing just T shirts.
The sun felt warm but the air was cold. The best part of the day was on
the bus to Bridgnorth, the sun felt hot through the window. I noticed
that the humidity was down to 40% during the day. The dew point well
below freezing.
What is the minimum humidity for the UK?
I know it's in single figures because I read 10% back in May 1964 at
Bedford and that isn't a record. The temperature was 25C and dew-point -9C.
