That is not the list for the day. That's what W *thinks* could be a
list for the day. W is trying to convince you that "a few relatively
minor quakes slip off the radar" and that this list he's produced are
some kind of data that he can work with, quoting a few quakes as weak
as 2.5 on the Richter scale to back his theories and it's about here
where it all gets a bit silly and needs comment. I usually leave W
alone these days, but his ramblings get annoying when he tries to
convince people that he's working with decent data.

W; have you any idea of how many earthquakes there are of between 2
and 4 on the Richter scale worldwide*? You should do, as I've pointed
it out to you before.

Read this and think again before you produce a list for the day and
include quakes as weak as 2.5 in your list.
