Not sure why Bellamy's view should carry any more weight than anyone
else's. Yes, he's a scientist, but a biologist not a climatologist.

Well if that was a joke, I didn't spot it.
High profile people *do* change their minds on important topics,
like that Green Peace guy a few years back who started supporting
nuclear power., at least he had the dignity to resign, realising his
position was utterly untenable.


Indeed. In any case, whether or not he has changed his mind, and whether
he is now pro or anti AGW, doesn't affect the point I was making.
