Correct that, it was -63°c a earlier today!

Anyone know what the world record lowest temperature is?

As far as I know it is -89°C some time in July or August in last
20 years. It was not at the Pole, which is not the coldest part of
Antarctica, but probably at Vostok base, about 78°S.
