Is that 19.7 right? I don't see it on the temperature map for today,
also I thought it was supposed to be a cold week this week?

Looks wrong. The maximum here was 15.0°C, and that only a brief
spike. The minimum was -0.1°C, the 12th May air frost in 28 years.
