Looks wrong. The maximum here was 15.0°C
Unlikely therefore as Tudor and Nick wrote that a value of 19.7 can
be
justified. Perhaps 'human' interference given the location?
I thought it was probably wrong but had no immediate means of
checking
it.
Currently surfing and posting on a small netbook as my desktop PC is
awaiting repair - having failed last week following a power cut.
Very slow and awkward.
.... not to worry, Colin: such problems will pale into insignificance I
fancy after last night's events .... a lot of 'number-crunching' in
the Palace & Cabinet Office I fancy :-)
