Well that's what it felt like this afternoon in Andover, north

temperatures were spot on or even a very small amount below the
seasonal average, at 16-17C (17 is the average for May for southern
England, I believe). The effect of habituation to two weeks of
northerlies is quite incredible - it's as if 13C or so now "feels like
the norm" !
