Default Today's coastal cooling.

Brilliant wall to wall sunshine and crystal clear skies. Heaven.

I'm sure many have been much cooler along the east coast.

The difference between the coast and inland also affected the South
forecast on BBC Breakfast yesterday. On the 4-day outlook panel, the
temperature for Saturday was shown as 21C but Reham Khan said it would
be warmer inland and on the next broadcast she'd altered it to 25C.
Presumably, the automatic value for the panel is taken from the
Southampton F/C?
