That lot arrived here just before 5 o'clock this evening. Torrential rain
for about 20 minutes, but luckily no thunder. It dumped 6.0mm, with a peak
of 27mm/hr. [Note to me: much more rain like this and I'll have get up there
and seal the joints on the guttering. It plays havoc with the hanging
baskets on the back of the house.]

A 10 minute shower a couple of hours earlier caught me out with the dog
AGAIN! She has a lot to answer/be thankful for.
