Some showers in northern Scotland.

Rainfall totals in 24 hours ending 18.00 UTC on Friday http://tinyurl.com/3432jlg

Fair Isle and Kirkwall 4 mm, Shoeburyness 7 mm, Charlwood 14 mm,
Thorney Island 15 mm, St Catherine’s Point 19 mm, Guernsey 24 mm,
Herstmonceux 32 mm, Shoreham 34 mm, Manston 44 mm.

..and Guildford 0.8mm

As Martin has said, very disappointing - but I did say it was very
borderline. The rate of decay of the rain on Sat24 earlier on was very
impressive. The Butts will need a manual top up this weekend...

5 mm here in Fareham, we just caught the NW edge of it. Definitely not
enough. although we are up to 25 mm for the month now so it could be
worse.
