Bright but muggy wth lots of marked cloud stiations. Get hold of a
pair of polarising sun-glasses. Rain will be a major problem for small
regions suffering flash foods.

The feeling will be disorienting for people of a certtain age, with
those who have a tendency to gout, arthritis and leg cramps being out
