Exeter 6.0°C.

Since when did Exeter become a 'frost' hollow?

Hi, Paul,

Exeter often is relatively cool. I think one of our SW(England)
colleagues explained a week or so ago that it was on a cold air
drainage site.

But it's not in a 'cold air' part of the country, so where does it come
from?
