small droplet drizzle will soak you to the bone in 10 minutes up here.

Drizzle that is just damping is called "fine weather" in these parts :-)

I wish we could have some of it around these parts. The local playing fields
are now the colour of ....

Or to put it another way, I'm having a lot of trouble finding what the dog
dumps on the grass against the current background colour. :-)
