Those are day by day anomalies covering the last week, so they don't
prove anything regarding climate change, if that's what you had in mind.
They seem to show that it's been warm in European Russia, but decidedly
cold for the time of year in western Siberia. That's what you'd expect
if there was an anticyclone situated roughly in the vicinity of the
Urals, with southerlies on its western flank and northerlies to its
east.
