Water shortages next summer?
Not that I keep rain fall records. On the Suffolk Coast it seems we
haven't had a lot of rain at all.

September was below average but August and October appear to more than make
up for it, with the totals for Aug, Sep. and Oct. standing at roughly 148%
of the average for England and Wales and 130% for the SE.
Perhaps my often flippantly said phrase of "cancel the hosepipe bans" has a
grain of truth to it :-)
