But the EA figures are so general as to be almost meaningless.
Here in West Cornwall we had the wettest October for 14 years, the
resevoir which supplies St Ives / Penzance and the whole of the far SW has
been overflowing for month, but the EA shows resevoir levels in SW at 58%.
