Going by ECMWF & GFE, there just doesn't seem to be an end to this
pattern, I feel summer is waning now and the mid - August glimmer of
hope is fading fast. Very disappointing :-(

This pattern is becoming more consistent as each run passes.

Can you wave your magic wand Will, especially for the Lake District in
two weeks :-)
