This is caused by an easterly Föhn wind.
No, temperatures like that are common in Iceland, especially when the
wind is from the south-west.
Yes, but I was referring to the Greenland temperatures. 13 C on
Iceland looks quite normal to me in this time of year.

OK, but 24°C in the central south is nothing extraordinary either (it
would be quite extraordinary for Reykjavík, however)
