Large rain area moves NE over most of Britain on Sunday.

Rainfall totals in 24 hours ending 18.00 UTC on Sunday *http://tinyurl.com/269xqsa

Ronaldsway, Bingley and St Catherine’s Point 28 mm, *Lake Vyrnwy and
Odiham 29 mm, *Dishforth, Topcliffe and Mumbles 30 mm, *Woodford and
St James’s Park 31 mm, *Loftus 32 mm, *Shawbury and Cardinham 34 mm..

Even wetter here - 39.1 mm, fell between 0430 and 1130 UTC. Highest
hourly total was 12.5 mm (0835 to 0935). Measurement was with a
tipping bucket recorder, so likely that the real total was higher.
