You know perfectly well it never used to be like this until
Dawlish arrived. I know it and everybody who has been here a number of
years knows it. Does Dawlish know it? Probably, but he's too self-
important to be put off by such a trifling consideration. He is,
after all, Master of the Occasional Forecast and has a Diploma in
