Maybe the answer was in The Times on Friday. According to 'A Correspondent'
'Much of Britain saw its first snow of the winter with downfalls reported as
far south as Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes'

I am reluctant to wish snow enthusiasts some splendid downfalls this
winter.......but there again.....;-)
