met office still going for colder weather with easterlies
UK Outlook for Tuesday 16 Nov 2010 to Thursday 25 Nov 2010:
Generally rather cloudy at first with some brightness, this mainly in
the east of the UK. Rain is expected in northern and western parts of
the UK at first, with strong southerly winds. This rain may spread
further southeast at times but will tend to become less persistent. The
far southeast of England should remain largely dry. From Friday (19th),
conditions look like turning drier with some sunshine in many places,
although outbreaks of rain may occasionally reach far western and
southern parts of the UK. Mostly cold as winds become more easterly and
brisk at times. Where winds fall light, there will be a risk of mist or
fog patches developing, and frost becoming more widespread during
overnight periods.
