Default Penzance - Heavy rain + some SNOW!
A classic 'dangler over the last 24 hours. 21.9mm of rain in the 24
hours ending 18:00.

Mostly rain, some sleet, but heavy snow around 09:00 - never really
settling, but heavy nonetheless.

Travelling back from Plymouth at dusk, clear blue skies over Devon,
large cb with anvils to the west over Central & west Cornwall. Still a
little snow lying near Bodmin/Lostwithiel.
