... 2100Z ... lengthy period since above of NIL PPN, but recently
started up again: still slight; larger flakes now .. no impact
surfaces/visibility. OAT dropped from 1.7°C at 20Z to current 1.3°C.

.... 2200Z (final) ... PPN ceased about 15 mins ago; surfaces damp but
otherwise no impact (though the dampness will be important of course
as temperatures are easing down .. OAT now +1.0°C .. and cloud will
thin/clear progressively from a couple of hours time).
