I'm now confused as to what has been the lowest reliable minimum in
this cold spell.

Wsa it really just Saturday night? It seems so long ago. We have
Colin's usually reliable records above. But there were the claims of
-17.3C in Powys yesterday morning. Now the BBC is giving Sennybridge at
-15.6C.

Is it just the usual of the BBC being phoned up by a man and his dog
with a thermometer and then beating a hasy retreat?
