.... (0900Z): off and on very light snow much of past hour, but
recently turned to sleet as temperature has come up a little: current
OAT =+1.1°C/DP= -0.6°C, so the wet bulb is highly marginal. Visibility
now up to 8 km; OVC AS (that has thickened), with Sc/St fra
underneath. Most of what little snow there was has melted now. No
impact on roads/paving.
