It may be meteorologically uninspiring (although the sun has
come out here in the last hour or so), but it's certainly an
interesting November climatologically. It's on course to be
among the half-dozen most anticyclonic Novembers on record
.... and, as a consequence, the driest (if we have no more than
8mm during the remainder of the month) over E&W since
1956.
