Default PWS can't even be bothered to get their facts right...

Correct me if I'm wrong but the following statement is false?
Jonathan Powell, senior forecaster with Positive Weather
Solutions,
said: "The Scottish record of -23C in 1919 will tumble before
the year
is out."
The actual record as far as I know is minus 27.2 °C (-17.0 °F)
1995-12-30[23] recorded at Braemar (1895-02-11 and
1982-01-10 ) and
Altnaharra (1995-12-30)

The assertion that -23C is the Scottish record is certainly
erroneous. I remember reading the reports about -27.2 in both
Braemar and Altnaharra.
