Default MetO severe warnings for *every* area of the UK for the next 5 days.

I think you'll find Thursday's warning contains heavy snow as well as
icy roads! But I have to agree that the blanket warnings for icy roads
have gotten a bit ridiculous. And I also think they should go back to
the old way of producing warnings, in which contours were drawn with
percentages of the confidence levels. Much easier to understand than
shading entire counties.
