Of course salt water can't freeze. Every motorist knows that salt is
100% effective in preventing ice and snow on the roads, and that if
any such frozen stuff is present it's because the council hasn't
spread any salt and it's a bleedin' disgrace and what do I pay my
council tax for anyway?
