We took risks, we knew we took them, I mean not covering my windscreen was a

Had we lived, I should have had a tale to tell of the hardihood, endurance,
and courage of my local pound shop which stayed open for business right
through the fatal UKMO Red warning which would have stirred the heart of
every chav and weather nut.
Have to end now as I am trapped under my wireless keyboard. If only I had
heeded that Red Warning and taken action like a nice hot bath.

Finally it would be remiss of me not to mention the bravery of Corporal
Richard Dixon who's last words were

"Damn I know its a Red Warning but I must go to Lidls, I may be some time"

Why the weather brave courageous Frank?

"No the bloody queues; their doing a special on economy Stollen ."

My god the sun has just broken through what's the UKMO weather warning for
that? Ah yes sunblock cream and plenty of fluids.

Like it, Lawrence :-)

Elizabeth in Renfrewshire where we had an unexpected 1" of snow this
morning :-)
