Default Light snow falling Southend

I'm tempted to ask too, exactly what planet are the strange people who
seem to be obsessed with snow and cold weather on?

We can't control the weather, so we might as well try to enjoy what we
get. (Though I must admit that when it's pouring with rain, blowing a
gale and 5C I rather struggle to view it optimistically!) So I don't
feel guilty for letting out my inner child when we have snow.

Most types of weather have their downside for somebody. I wonder whether
those who enjoy sunny weather in summer should feel guilty because it
could lead to an increase in skin cancer? And prolonged hot, dry weather
makes life hard for farmers and wildlife, and can threaten our water
supply.

If one's looking for positive aspects of the snowy weather, it makes
what is generally a very dark time of year quite literally a lot
brighter, and I suspect must help those suffering from SAD.
