Visibility shot up to at least 8 km.

.... (1350Z): OAT stabilised at +0.8°C, but PPN ceased by 1315Z ..
mainly rain, but short, sharp pulses of moderate rain/snow mixed.
Visibility now good - cloud base lifting - roads very slushy/wet and
drip,drip,drip off the roofs.
