Piers is predicting *snow over Christmas for *all* parts and bright and cold
New Years Eve with snow returning New Years day. but that's not clear where

I notice also how it's come out on Dec 18th. Easy to be wise after the
event (and adjust your forecast accordingly). If you look at the small
print it says: "forecast issued 29 Nov. Essence consistant (sic) with
First Look Summary Jun 2010" - essence consistent, eh? You have to
laugh.
I notice that they also said that the end of November would be mild -
but don't worry, new methodology SLAT5 is here to make it all work
